This one-off session will provide a taster of the Forest Schools concept; children will be encouraged to get involved in inspiring outdoor activities to help improve their self-esteem and develop their appreciation of nature and the outdoors.

Children will be given the opportunity to have a go at activities they may not have met before and to build their resilience by overcoming new challenges, understanding risks, and learning new practical skills.
