One of the top comedy club nights in the country, The Comedy Network, returns to the Town Hall this autumn.

Each event will feature an MC, opening act and headliner for the bargain price of just £10.

Whirl back in time with The Korgis as they take you on a musical and audio/visual journey though the songs and bands that influenced them.

They will be putting their own unique spin on songs by The Beatles, The Beach Boys, the sublime harmony of Simon and Garfunkel, the wry humour of 10cc, the quirkiness of Buggles, the creativity of Peter Gabriel and of course, songs of peace and hope from The Korgis.

The irrepressible Lucy Porter bounces back into action with a show all about regrets. Frank Sinatra had too few to mention, but Lucy’s got hundreds, and she’s prepared to go into graphic detail about all of them. Disastrous dates, professional calamities, ruined friendships and parenting fails. Lucy describes all the mistakes she’s made, works out why they happened, and ponders how her life would have turned out if she’d acted differently.

When Alland, a young Iranian man, begs to be given sanctuary at St Mary’s church in a northern town, it sparks a community to react in all the ways each member believes to be right. Some call for his protection. Others for his removal. But both sides take justice into their own hands…

Mark joined Dara O’Brian and Hugh Dennis on BBC2’s Mock The Week as a semi-regular on the show and now brings you his show Quip Off The Mark which has toured over 125 venues and sold over 15,000 tickets. He’s also been appearing on BT Sport’s DIY pundit and The Rugby’s On.

Nigel Planer is a comedy legend, an actor, writer and more importantly for this show he's a great poet. He joins Henry Normal, BBC Radio 4's 'poet in reticence' to reunite a

team that entertains, educates and informs (but mostly entertains it must be said). Expect poetry, stories, jokes, Q&A, fun, knitwear and a few surprises.

This intimate evening of old favourites and songs from her acclaimed new album, Jude The Unsinkable, sees Judie Tzuke perform a set of beautiful crafted songs highlighting her status

as one of the UK’s most acclaimed and respected singer/songwriters.

Judie will be joined by T.I.G.Y, comprising of Bailey Tzuke and Matt Racher who will open for Judie as well as accompany her during her set alongside her long time guitarist Chaz

Thorogood and friends.

Judie Tzuke is one of the UK's finest Singer/Songwriters and is known all over the world for her timeless song, 'Stay With Me Till Dawn', with many top 10 albums, including the revered classic, 'Welcome to the Cruise' and her exquisite live shows. Judie will be showing once again what an extraordinary artist she is!

This magnetic bond still holds after more than 50 years of attempted escapes. Still loved for their total in-yer-face originality, the contrast between the dead pan humour of Barrett and mad onstage antics of Otway are hilarious to watch.  John’s lyrical genius and Willy’s outstanding musicianship (he seems to play almost every stringed instrument known to man, plus a few hybrids of his own making!)
